King works throughout the Mid-Atlantic region specializing in building retail centers, office buildings, warehouses and commercial projects. Areas include Maryland, Delaware, Virginia, Pennsylvania, Washington D.C, Connecticut, New York, Virginia, New Hampshire and the Carolinas. At some point in the future, King plans to add a regional branch office in Florida.
